Administrative Bishop

Wayne and Blenda Wicker are no strangers to West Virginia, having served a very successful term as State Youth and Evangelism Director in the 90’s. Brother Wicker has served 14 years as Senior Pastor, followed by 14 years in a dual role position as State Youth and Evangelism Director in Illinois, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Southern Ohio. He was later appointed to serve as the Evangelism Director of Southern Ohio. In 2001, he was appointed as the Administrative Bishop of Oklahoma were he served with distinction for 5 years. Wayne have three beautiful daughters; Kim, Tammy, and Angelia. They also have three wonderful grandchildren; Amelia, Tyler, and Alyssa. They were appointed to serve in West Virginia at the 2006 General Assembly. We are glad to have them back serving as our Administrative Bishop and Women’s Ministries President.
